Individuals
More and more, people are becoming aware of the racial justice issues in our society and are struggling to figure out how they can turn their energy, confusion, embarrassment and sense of responsibility into informed action. As people progress on their journey to justice, individual coaching is a valuable resource for those looking for guidance in managing challenging relationships and situations.

Organizations
A commitment to diversity does not stop with initiatives and programs, it must include an introspective look at how race is and has been effecting the culture of your workplace. Taking the time to recognize how this systemic issue is impacting your organization is crucial in instilling the confidence that you are committed to equity in the workplace and the world at large.
Groups
The work of improving our communities begins with us. The ability to have difficult conversations with people close to us is essential in advocating for the change we seek in the world. Group work provides an opportunity to learn together, to progress together, and to practice the skills we will need moving forward.
